The South End Art & Soul festival is a community interactive festival where visitors of all ages enjoy to spend the day out, shopping for quality art products, such as jewelry, painting, sculptures; listening to great music, and participating and learning new moves, such as hip-hop, salsa, and swing on the dance floor. The Art & Soul Festival is free for everyone. Visitors will have the opportunity to meet with Charlotte area professionals and amateur dancers after their performance. Great news for Charlotte N.C homeowners, Charlotte N.C. sellers, Charlotte N.C. Realtors, Charlotte N.C. Lenders, and Charlotte N.C. Relocation companies!

I just read an article on Forbes.com about the top 10 cities to where Americans are Relocating. To determine the fastest-growing metro areas in the country, we used 2008 population estimates for metropolitan statistical areas with a population over 1 million, released March 19, 2009 by the U.S. Census Bureau. They compare the results to those from 2008 and to my surprice Charlotte N.C. was in the top 3!

“The top three areas according to the data are Raleigh, N.C ranking first, which jumped 4.29% to nearly 1.9 million; Austin Texas, which came in second, with a 3.77% increase to almost 1.7 million; and Charlotte N.C. , which moved up 3.36% to 1.7 million” according to Forbes.

Exit Realtors will Succeed!

How are we doing it?…… We are making things easy and simple. Once a month, we are meeting with different Charlotte, NC real estate agents/Realtors from different offices to discuss, share, and brainstorm for new ideas. Our goal is to help, help, help, and no competition. As Mike Rash broker in charge of Exit Advantage said; “if we share ideas, it will make us better” then he added; “but we need to put them to work.”

As a group of Charlotte, NC Exit Realty Realtors, we would like to thank John Byers, broker in charge of Exit Realty South, for making his beautiful conference room available for the meeting. There was so much useful information for everyone attending the meeting. Nancy Winters stated that one of her specialties is relocation, and she shared with us the reasons behind her success. Call her and she will tell you all about it.

Lynn Addy is brand new to the Charlotte, NC Real Estate business. She commented on the importance of following up with the clients. Lets not ever forget about it! Aida Marcial was an asset to this meeting.  She emphasized the importance of being diverse with our business. She also made her self available just in case someone needs help with NACA or REO properties. John Paul Soto, Joan Hileman, and Karen Gillespie touched up on the value of partnership. Have you ever thought about it? They are the expert and have lots of ideas.

This was the first of several future meetings that Exit Realty agents/Realtors will be conducting monthly. If you miss this one, there will be another one, and everyone is invited.
